If you have any form of a social life, you were no where near a TV screen last night. If you’re me, you laid in bed an watched the second episode of this season of Saturday Night Live, hosted by Ryan Reynolds with Lady Gaga as the musical guest.
Of course I have videos of all of Gaga’s skits and performances, and I’m gonna give little mini-reviews.
The skit that had everybody talking was Deep House Dish, in which Gaga came out on stage with Madonna – an extremely rare SNL appearance.
The two wrestled and fought, complete with Madonna asking her what the hell is a disco stick and what kind of name is Lady Gaga. Gaga’s response: ‘the name that’s number one on the Billboard charts.’ This ended with a PG-rated four-way between Madonna, Gaga, Kenan Thompson, and Andy Samberg. Watch:
That clip wasn’t funny to me, but the second she did was. She and Andy Samberg try to get it in backstage, but ‘fashion’ comes between them.
See Gaga’s performances of “Paparazzi,” “LoveGame,” “Bad Romance” and more after the jump.
The performance of “Paparazzi” was just OK in my opinion, but the second performance was great, especially the freestyle about New York. That was epic!
