Ciara performs at Fashion Rocks in Brazil
Ciara performed four of her hits over the weekend at the Fashion Rocks! event in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
I said it before, and I’ll say it again: Ciara is a hell of a performer. I’m still trying to figure out why her label didn’t even try to promote her singles from Fantasy Ride. Oh well…
